🔄 Return & Refund Policy – Ever Cart

Your satisfaction is our priority at Ever Cart. If you’re not happy with your purchase, we’re here to help!


📦 Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • You received a wrong, defective, or damaged item

  • You must contact us within 3 days of receiving the order

  • The item must be unused, in original condition, and with packaging intact


Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Items damaged due to misuse

  • Used or washed products

  • Change of mind or dislike after use


🔁 How to Request a Return

  2. Share your order number, photos of the item, and reason for return

  3. Our team will review and confirm return eligibility

  4. Ship the item back to us (return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility unless it was our mistake)


💸 Refund or Exchange Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • We’ll offer a replacement or store credit

  • Refunds (if applicable) are issued within 5–7 working days via bank transfer or original payment method

  • We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet our policy

  • No returns without prior approval will be accepted
